Senior Release and Program Manager

Manage and coordinate major software release activities across cross-functional agile scrum teams, ensuring adherence to program milestones and deliverables.

Own release governance including planning, scheduling, risk and dependency management, change management, status reporting, and communications with senior management.

Facilitate meetings, follow up on action items, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize release cadence and effectiveness.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.

7-10 years experience in software development organizations, with minimum 5 years in program or project management roles.

Proficient knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology and Scrum Master responsibilities.

Experience with program management and release coordination tools such as Jira, Confluence, Qlik, Smartsheet, MS Project.

Experienced in managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced, dynamic software development environments.

Strong facilitator and communicator capable of coordinating cross-functional teams and driving consensus without formal authority.

Data-savvy and process improvement oriented, with ability to interpret data for operational optimization and drive positive change through governance.
