Minimum Requirements
7+ years in delivery/agile roles with at least 3 years leading multiple teams or pods concurrently in a technology environment.
Expertise in flow-based delivery methods such as Kanban and lean; experience with AI tooling applied to software delivery.
Experience in capacity planning, demand forecasting, resource optimization, and data-driven problem solving.
Experience in regulated industries like gaming or fintech is desirable; familiarity with OKR strategy is expected.
