Manage and grow a portfolio of key merchant accounts to drive merchant activation, engagement, and business growth.
Increase GMV and payment volumes across UPI, QR, Soundbox, and EDC payment solutions.
Identify and cross-sell additional products such as Merchant Loans, Insurance, and value-added services, achieving monthly sales and activation targets.
Minimum Requirements
1–4 years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, FinTech, Banking, Payments, Telecom, or FMCG.
Graduate in any discipline; MBA is an added advantage.
Proficient in MS Excel and CRM tools.
Work Experience Required: 1–4 years as mentioned above.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience or understanding of merchant acquiring or digital payments including UPI, QR, POS/EDC, and Soundbox solutions.
Comfortable operating in a target-driven sales environment focusing on GMV growth and merchant retention.
Demonstrated ability to analyze merchant performance and identify growth and cross-sell opportunities.
