Senior ISC Improvement Specialist

Lead and execute improvement initiatives within Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) focusing on process documentation, training, and delivery of measurable business impact.

Own troubleshooting and resolution of assigned operational and process escalations through cross-functional collaboration ensuring timely closure.

Develop and govern meaningful metrics to support data-driven decisions and sustain process improvements across supply chain sub-functions.

3-5 years of relevant experience in Business Process Improvement roles.

Master’s degree in Engineering or MBA Operations preferred.

Experience with Supply Chain and Customer Service processes plus proficiency in Six Sigma, Lean, Project Management, and digitalization initiatives.

Willingness and ability to support multiple global time zones; relocation/visa sponsorship not provided.

Experienced in managing end-to-end supply chain improvement projects with clear scope and measurable outcomes.

Capable of independent, self-directed execution while maintaining alignment with governance and escalation paths.

Strong cross-functional stakeholder influencing skills in matrixed, global environments using data and credibility rather than authority.
