Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven experience in program management methodologies and tools within an engineering environment.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing program management talent.
Experience managing complex software or product development initiatives, preferably with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior program leader with 15+ years professional experience including at least 8 years in program management roles overseeing complex, technical, cross-functional software programs.
Experience operating in matrixed organizations coordinating Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders across multiple geographies and teams.
Background in Payments or FinTech industries preferred, with strong ability to translate technical concepts to diverse audiences and navigate organizational ambiguity.
