Minimum Requirements
2 to 4 years of relevant Software Quality Assurance experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech) or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of testing fundamentals, SDLC/STLC, functional and non-functional testing types, and defect management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
Proficiency in SQL for database validation and experience in API testing (using Postman).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in manual QA within Agile delivery environments, actively participating in sprint ceremonies and cross-team collaborations.
Skilled in creating detailed test plans and executing comprehensive end-to-end validations across complex business workflows and systems.
Comfortable with defect triage and root cause analysis, providing actionable feedback to developers, with a mindset for quality and continuous improvement.
