Minimum Requirements
8+ years in large-scale application development with recent experience deploying AI agents in production platforms.
Minimum 5+ years of Python and PySpark engineering lead experience focused on enterprise-grade ELT/ETL pipelines within the Databricks ecosystem.
Hands-on experience with agentic AI development including Google ADK, LLM integrations, FAST API, and advanced prompt engineering tools like Devin.AI or Github Copilot.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

Experienced leader with a strong focus on integrating AI and Big Data technologies into scalable enterprise platforms.
Proven ability to implement data mesh, data federation architectures, and microservice automation in cloud-native environments with Kubernetes or Openshift.
Strong background in applying advanced AI/ML techniques, prompt engineering, and agentic AI to enhance operational efficiency in banking or financial services domain.
