Own IT M&A execution strategy and delivery across multiple concurrent acquisitions, divestitures, integrations, and separations, ensuring outcomes meet business and corporate development commitments.
Lead IT due diligence, transaction planning, TSA strategy, service design, and execution, making key decisions on transition approaches with significant financial and operational stakes.
Develop and mature global IT M&A capabilities including operating models, governance, methodologies, tooling, talent development, and represent Solventum IT in external negotiations impacting contracts and service commitments.
Minimum Requirements
Master's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, Strategy, or related discipline from a top-tier institute with minimum 12 years IT experience including 8+ years in M&A or business transformation activities, OR Bachelor's degree or higher with minimum 14 years IT experience including 8+ years in M&A or business transformation activities.
Minimum 10+ years experience working with global IT organizations or IT consulting firms on complex programs involving infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, digital transformation, or enterprise technology.
Proven experience leading multiple concurrent, complex M&A transactions end-to-end with accountability for execution strategy, governance, delivery, and enterprise-level risk/resource management.
Experience establishing or owning an M&A operating model, governance frameworks, playbooks, tooling, and capability development at a global scale.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior leader with extensive experience managing complex global IT M&A transactions, comfortable influencing executive-level stakeholders and negotiating with external parties.
Experienced in building and scaling global IT M&A centers of expertise, including governance, methodologies, and talent coaching across organizations.
Skilled at making data-driven decisions on transaction feasibility, risk, resource allocation, and integration/separation strategy in highly ambiguous and high-impact environments.
