Lead and own end-to-end Workday PSA implementation and enhancement initiatives including solution design, configuration, testing, and delivery.
Provide functional expertise across Professional Services business processes such as Project Accounting, Resource Management, Project Billing, Revenue Management, CPQ, P2P, and O2C.
Collaborate with Finance, HCM, Integrations, and Reporting teams to deliver integrated enterprise solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and advise on process improvements leveraging Workday and AI automation.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of ERP implementation, support, or service delivery experience in large global organizations.
Strong expertise in Workday PSA and related modules including Projects, Project Billing, Financial Accounting, Time Tracking, Resource Management, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, and HCM Core.
Hands-on experience configuring complex Workday solutions, integrations, reporting, and data conversion.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years explicit; Education: Bachelor's or Master's in IT, Business, Finance, or related discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing full revenue lifecycle and complex billing configurations within Workday PSA environment.
Capable of working across global teams with strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Knowledgeable in advanced Workday PSA capabilities including ecosystem staffing integrations, AI-driven process optimization, and RPA technologies, preferably with relevant Workday PSA certifications.
