Act as project manager for complex global learning and development initiatives within Asset Servicing Learning & Development team.
Minimum Requirements
Accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, or CPA) is highly desirable.
Mandatory knowledge of Investran/Investran Live tool.
Prior experience in Private Equity, Real Estate, Hedge Funds, Financial Reporting, Audit, or Accounting required.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 24 months as Consultant to move to Senior Consultant (internal eligibility criterion).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working closely with business unit leads and subject matter experts to translate business outcomes into learning solutions, indicating strong stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage end-to-end training program ownership including design, delivery, and process improvement.
Comfortable working in a global, cross-team environment with exposure to senior leaders and various levels of management.
