Support Fixed Income and Equity Portfolio Management by accurately processing and verifying various corporate action events such as dividends, mergers, stock splits, and rights issues.
Conduct detailed reviews and secondary checks ensuring compliance with timeliness and procedures in corporate actions processing.
Collaborate with Reconciliation, Data Management, Front office support, and onshore partners to resolve discrepancies and complex queries related to corporate actions.
Minimum Requirements
2-3 years of relevant experience in Asset Servicing or Asset Management.
Experience as Analyst/Analyst II internally: minimum 12-24 months as specified.
Understanding of corporate actions lifecycle and events including Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Actions across international markets.
College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling complex corporate action transactions requiring interpretation of international market policies and guidelines.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage detailed processing under tight deadlines and contribute to process improvements.
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and establish credibility with internal/external partners.
