Own the development and maintenance of Salesforce-based solutions including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning web components, and declarative tools.

Support system design, deployment (CI/CD), integrations, and problem resolution to ensure performance and customer service excellence.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of technical experience with at least 6 years specifically as a Salesforce developer.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning platform, declarative tools, and CI/CD deployment tools.
Ability to collaborate globally across UK, US, and APAC time zones and communicate effectively in English.
Education: Professional qualification or STEM degree (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent) is desirable.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in product-led, agile engineering environments with strong ownership mindset over end-to-end Salesforce products.
Capable of working independently managing priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferably has knowledge of financial markets and complementary technologies like ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics, CPQ systems, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
