Diploma or BE in Mechanical, Automobile, or equivalent discipline.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Sound experience in Body & Paint operations and insurance claim management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing large dealer networks with focus on aftersales revenue and quality metrics.
Comfortable driving innovation via AI and digital tools within automotive aftersales.
Capable of coordinating with multiple external stakeholders including insurance companies, paint suppliers, and RSA vendors.
