Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
Drive SAP S/4HANA Finance Greenfield and Brownfield implementations working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Manage functional teams, ensure project deliverables, and provide consulting expertise aligned with SAP best practices.
Minimum Requirements
4 to 7 years of SAP FICO consulting experience with proven multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
Strong functional knowledge of SAP Finance components: FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA).
Experience in client-facing roles including team handling and stakeholder management.
Education required: MBA and Bachelor of Engineering (BTech) or equivalent; SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading complex SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations (both Greenfield and Brownfield) indicating ability to handle diverse project environments.
Capable of managing cross-functional teams and engaging directly with business stakeholders to tailor SAP solutions.
Demonstrates expertise in comprehensive SAP FICO processes including configuration, testing, and post-go-live support ensuring smooth project delivery.
