Lead design, development, and delivery of new web-based digital applications and platform enhancements within an Agile model.
Own end-to-end technical solutioning including architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and engineering excellence (code quality, performance, security, maintainability).
Manage and mentor blended engineering teams, drive delivery planning, risk management, and communicate technical decisions and status to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent practical experience with 4+ years in software engineering and 2+ years in technical leadership role; or 6+ years relevant experience without degree.
Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, React JS, and experience with modern architectures (REST APIs, event-driven systems).
Experience with microservices, micro-frontends, cloud-native (preferably AWS), CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and proficiency in SQL/NoSQL data stores.
Work timing: 2PM - 11PM IST with availability in 06:00 AM - 11:30 AM ET window; willingness for flexible shifts/on-call support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader comfortable managing complex web application delivery with end-to-end ownership from design to production readiness.
Familiar with microservices and cloud platforms, with proven capability in technical solutioning, quality enforcement, and team mentorship.
Able to operate effectively within cross-geography teams and align with both India and US time zones, handling communication and stakeholder engagement across functions.
