Lead development, deployment, and continuous improvement of Ethics & Compliance (E&C) data analytics, monitoring, and AI solutions to detect and prevent compliance risks.
Design and manage AI-driven tools including Copilot Studio agents to automate E&C tasks and support employees on compliance topics.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that surface compliance risk trends, program performance, and support automated E&C reporting.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of experience in data analytics, AI/automation, and digital solution delivery, preferably in a multinational corporation.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including Copilot Studio.
Proficiency in data visualization, data governance, and experience with enterprise data sources (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Snowflake).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading end-to-end delivery of data-driven compliance or risk monitoring solutions in complex, matrixed, multinational environments.
Skilled at translating compliance and business needs into practical, scalable AI and analytics solutions.
Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including compliance, IT, and business leaders to drive digital compliance initiatives.
