Manage a team of 4-5 responsible for accounting and financial processes ensuring timely, accurate accounting close and financial reporting.
Oversee inventory accounting lifecycle including valuation, physical counts, receipt corrections, AP interfaces, tariff impacts, and shrinkage accounting.
Own compliance with SOX and internal controls, audit support, process automation, and deliver insights through data analysis to senior finance leadership.
Minimum Requirements
Professional qualification such as CA/CS/CPA/CIMA/ACCA/ICMA mandatory.
Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience required.
Strong expertise in inventory accounting under US GAAP and IFRS, with retail accounting background.
Experience with SOX controls, SAP or other ERP systems, and US GAAP/IFRS compliance essential.

Experienced senior accounting leader skilled in managing cross-functional teams and complex accounting processes within retail or similar sectors.
Proven ability to drive process improvements, automation, and manage internal/external audits.
