Assistant Vice President - Disaster Recovery Testing

Coordinate and manage data recovery testing and assessments for critical business technology in line with COB policies and standards.

Oversee planning, documentation, execution, and escalation management of recovery tests and tabletops, ensuring completion of policy requirements.

Collaborate with business sponsors and technology teams to provide recovery process guidance through the entire testing lifecycle, including off hours and weekends support.

3-5 years of experience in Financial Services / Banking with IT, Disaster Recovery, or similar risk/control roles.

Expertise in database frameworks, operating system recovery procedures, IT security best practices, and data recovery techniques.

Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and teams for at least 3 years.

Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or a related discipline.

Experienced in enterprise resiliency and disaster recovery within financial services, able to interface effectively with senior business sponsors and technical teams.

Proficient in analyzing, reporting, and managing risks related to data recovery programs, with strong skills in Microsoft Office tools for dashboard reporting.

Capable of working hands-on and managing multiple projects in pressured environments while providing direction and consensus-building.
