Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree mandatory.
Minimum 15 years managing or participating in finance projects and teams; at least 5 years in a professional management role.
5+ years experience in banking or financial services related to consumer or transaction services, regulatory, or consulting.
Experience and knowledge in Instant Payments product development, processing, or implementations; proficiency in SDLC and TTS Cash Product knowledge.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading cross-cultural teams and projects in complex global banking environments with strategic decision-making capabilities.
Strong familiarity with Agile methodology, compliance, and regulatory requirements in banking operations.
Proactive in ownership and driving initiatives independently, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
