Define and drive the enterprise product strategy and prioritization for State Street’s GenAI and agentic AI platform across multiple business lines.
Own platform adoption strategy, increase usage, and realize business value, partnering with Architecture, Engineering, Data, and Knowledge Management teams.
Lead and mentor Product Owner leadership across multiple pods, ensuring agile execution and alignment with enterprise objectives.
Minimum Requirements
12–17 years in product management with at least 5 years in product leadership roles.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience with enterprise AI, GenAI, or agentic AI platform product strategy and adoption in regulated industries (preferably financial services).
Experience managing senior executive stakeholders and operating in complex, matrixed organizations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior product leader with deep expertise in agentic AI platform capabilities, governance, and business value realization.
Experienced in cross-functional stakeholder influence and aligning product roadmaps with enterprise strategy.
Proven ability to scale platform adoption across multiple business units and lead distributed product owner teams in agile environments.
