5+ years of experience in Mainframe Production Support covering batch processing, job scheduling (OPC/TWS), file transfers (NDM/Connect Direct), and dataset management (VSAM, GDG, BIOS, TIF).
Proficiency in JCL troubleshooting and abend resolution to maintain job stability.
Experience with ITSM tools for incident and problem management in production environments.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years in relevant mainframe production support roles.
