Lead the development and execution of a multi-year Asia Pacific security strategy aligned with global priorities and regional business plans.
Serve as the senior security advisor to regional leadership, providing strategic guidance on geopolitical, economic, and operational risks impacting market entry, site selection, and expansion decisions.
Own regional crisis management, business continuity, security program maturity, and organizational capability including security team leadership and vendor management.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years of progressive security management experience, preferably in Asia Pacific, including leadership of regional or multi-country programs.
Mandatory experience managing security outside candidate's home country or country of primary residence.
Experience in a large multinational company or equivalent public/government sector environment (required).
Certification such as CPP, PSP, PSI is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strategic leader capable of operating at enterprise scale both in boardrooms and operational sites with strong geopolitical and risk acumen.
Proven ability to influence senior executives and lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Experienced in building or maturing security functions including governance, metrics, and talent development in complex multinational environments.
