Training Consultant

Deliver curriculum and training across RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) functions including onboarding, nesting, and refresher training.

Translate policies, payer rules, and workflows into engaging instruction; track trainee progress toward production readiness.

Blend classroom facilitation, on-the-job coaching, and performance feedback to ensure associate proficiency and effectiveness.

2-4 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering training programs.

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Information Technology, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Role located in Pune; working hours Monday to Friday, 7:30pm to 4:30am IST.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning technologies; knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Experienced in creating diverse training materials and delivering multi-modal training (instructor-led, virtual, self-paced).

Able to assess training needs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt training content to changing business and healthcare operational requirements.

Comfortable working in healthcare or healthcare technology environments, familiar with RCM, healthcare workflows, and software implementations.
