Minimum Requirements
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 24 months as Technical Coordinator or 12 months as Team Lead.
Flexible to work shifts and extended hours.
Strong knowledge of risk, audit, compliance, and operational controls in banking operations.
Preferred knowledge of loan and banking products and applications such as ACBS, FIS - Metavante, EDM, DSM, and Remote Payment Initiation & Inquiry.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience managing multiple banking and loan operations functions with a focus on risk and regulatory compliance.
Demonstrated ability in people leadership, coaching, and team performance management in a banking operations context.
Proven track record in process improvement, operational risk management, and stakeholder engagement within a financial services environment.
