About This Role

Lead design and development of complex AI-driven software solutions using C# and .Net to meet business and client requirements.

Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and foster innovation in software engineering within cross-functional teams.

Ensure software quality via architecture reviews, performance optimization, security, scalability, and troubleshooting for production-ready AI solutions on Azure.

Minimum Requirements

10+ years of hands-on experience in C# .Net development.

5+ years of experience designing and implementing AI solutions, including generative and predictive AI.

Proven practical experience with Azure and Azure DevOps platform.

Work Experience Required: 10+ years in software engineering, with AI solution design experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced senior engineer comfortable leading technical projects and mentoring others in AI and .Net ecosystems.

Strong expertise in application architecture spanning frontend and backend systems with a focus on scalable and secure implementations.

Operates effectively in Agile environments using DevOps and CI/CD best practices, collaborating across product, architecture, security, and QA teams.
