Forecast demand across several thousand Lubricants Americas finished goods SKUs using statistical models and qualitative inputs.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to shape demand management strategy and balance supply and demand effectively.
Drive continuous improvements in forecast accuracy and develop alternate strategies to meet enterprise profit targets.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3+ years experience in forecasting with statistical modeling and analytics (demand planning or supply chain analytics preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP and data analytics or visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus.
Strong stakeholder management and analytical problem-solving skills required.
Work Location: India, with working hours aligned to US Houston time zone; shift allowance provided for off-shift work.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience supporting North and South America supply chain or sales operations, ideally in lubricants or related FMCG sectors.
Comfortable working independently across global time zones with remote teams, particularly coordinating between India and US markets.
Detail-oriented planner with ability to integrate qualitative and quantitative inputs to generate accurate risked forecasts and influence cross-functional decisions.
