Lead a team of engineers responsible for Linux and VMware initiator stack behavior, Fibre Channel, and NIC drivers on storage arrays.
Develop, maintain, and optimize storage networking protocols including NVME, FC-SCSI, and iSCSI for Linux and VMware environments.
Analyze and debug complex kernel and protocol issues, contribute bug fixes to Linux upstream, and maintain device drivers and related software for storage systems.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years of development experience in kernel or device driver development.
Strong experience with Linux/Unix device drivers, especially in storage or networking drivers.
Experience with storage protocols such as SCSI (FC-SCSI, iSCSI/FCP) and/or NVME Fabrics (NVME/ROCE, NVME/TCP, NVME/FC).
Experience in C, C++, Python development and debugging complex storage or kernel issues.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience leading and mentoring engineers and delivering projects on time with high quality.
Background in performance analysis and optimization for storage systems or protocols.
Familiarity with VMware initiator stack and development of test automation in Linux environments.
