Ensure highest quality shipping of FlashArray and FlashBlade products and features through robust system test designs.
Design and build automation tools to efficiently execute and triage large volumes of test scripts targeting specific failure domains for fault tolerance and resilience.
Identify test coverage gaps, perform root cause analysis, and close the loop on customer found defects.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years software system testing experience with hands-on automation in Python or similar scripting.
Familiarity with running Jenkins environment and knowledge of x86 hardware designs including BMC BIOS, networking, and system software.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in relevant software system testing and automation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in developing test strategies for server hardware validation involving components like BIOS and networking.
Familiarity with enterprise cloud and container platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, OpenStack).
Comfortable working with multiple operating systems such as Linux and Windows and capable of understanding complex system internals to improve fault tolerance.
