Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or related technical field or equivalent experience.
Highly proficient in SQL and experienced with complex, large-scale data ecosystems.
Experience delivering end-to-end analytics from problem framing to impact evaluation.
Work Experience Required: Preferred 5+ years in data science, analytics, or a related quantitative role; not explicitly mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in influencing senior stakeholders (Director-level) with clarity and actionable insights.
Capable of independently leading projects, improving analytics quality, and mentoring junior team members.
Skilled in automating analyses and building scalable analytical products, with knowledge of Python and experimentation or causal measurement methodologies.
