Own finance controllership and governance for India's Property Management business, ensuring compliance with IFRS 15 / ASC 606 / Ind AS 115 and Group Finance policies.
Oversee monthly to annual close processes, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and support statutory and regulatory filings.
Manage key stakeholder relationships including business leaders, auditors, Shared Services, Tax, and Country Finance teams; drive process improvement and training within REMS Finance community.
Minimum Requirements
Professional accounting qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or equivalent required.
3-5 years of experience in controllership, audit, or finance roles in large or multinational organizations; Big 4 experience preferred.
Strong expertise in US GAAP, IFRS / Ind AS, SOX compliance, and India statutory reporting requirements.
Location requirement: On-site in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in finance controllership within real estate, property management, or professional services sectors preferred.
Demonstrated ability to apply complex accounting rules on revenue recognition and contract accounting in a multinational, matrix environment.
Skilled at cross-functional collaboration with business leaders, auditors, and support teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
