Region Training and Certification Lead: CA&I

Develop and execute technical training curriculum and certification programs for internal sales teams and customer or service engineer teams, focusing on mining equipment and processes.

Create comprehensive training materials including presentations, facilitator guides, assessments, participant handbooks, and e-learning modules, ensuring instructional design and adult learning principles are applied.

Train internal employees and global trainers, including assessing and tracking training effectiveness and adapting curriculum for diverse learner needs.

3-5 years of experience administering technical training programs and developing curriculum.

Strong technical experience and aptitude in mechanical technology and mining equipment/processes.

Proficiency with content creation tools such as Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Articulate Storyline and/or Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.

Work Experience Required: 3-5 years in technical training roles related to mechanical or mining technology.

Experienced instructional designer with deep knowledge of adult learning theory and ability to create valid, reliable competency assessments.

Demonstrates mechanical aptitude and strong technical writing skills aligned with mining equipment and processes.

Capable of collaborating effectively with global subject matter experts to produce world-class training materials and bring creative, innovative training ideas.
