Minimum Requirements
5+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics solution development.
Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI development frameworks, libraries, and tooling.
Experience with production-grade AI/ML solution deployment and support in cloud environments.
Understanding of software engineering practices including architecture patterns, APIs, microservices, CI/CD, and cloud-native development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing AI solutions that meet enterprise standards for quality, performance, security, and supportability, suitable for large organizations.
Knowledgeable in modern AI methodologies including LLMs, semantic models, knowledge graphs, RAG, and agentic AI architectures.
Familiarity with regulated industries or enterprise AI governance, including Responsible AI practices such as model evaluation, explainability, bias assessment, and compliance.
