Minimum Requirements
Business Management experience with familiarity in financials and accounting.
Experience working with tools such as Workday, Ariba/dbBuyer, MS Project, and MS Office (especially advanced PowerPoint).
Experience in invoicing, reporting using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or SAP BO is a plus.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or related discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven capability in coordinating with internal stakeholders across Business, COO, and Finance teams in matrix organizations.
Experience managing workforce-related financial data and complex reporting in fast-paced environments.
Ability to leverage AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and solve business problems.
