Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Knowledge of automation systems, control solutions, and digital transformation technologies.
Experience managing complex accounts and large-scale projects in industries like Oil & Gas, Heavy Industries, Semiconductor, Data Centre, or Infrastructure.
Work Location: Onsite in Mumbai, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Engineering professional with minimum 12 years in strategic sales or account management within EPC or large process OEMs.
Strong understanding of manufacturing trends, industrial automation technologies, and customer business drivers in End User segments.
Experienced in IT/OT convergence, industrial automation platforms, and digital tools such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics platforms.
