Designer

Develop and deliver high-quality workplace design solutions for North America sales, dealer, and design teams supporting commercial and government projects.

Create design concepts, CET drawings, specifications, bills of materials, pricing, and proposal materials while ensuring code compliance and alignment with MillerKnoll standards.

Manage multiple concurrent projects independently, maintaining documentation, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with cross-functional and global stakeholders.

Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architectural Design, Industrial Design, or related discipline.

3-5 years of proven design, application, and typical development experience.

Proficiency with CET/Configura and specification tools; working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp preferred.

Fluency in English; adaptability to work Noon/UK shift (12:00pm - 9:00pm).

Experienced in workplace planning, commercial interiors, contract furniture, or related industry with product application expertise.

Capable of working independently with strong ownership, managing multiple projects and cross-functional collaboration across time zones.

Strong communication skills to influence sales, dealer, and design teams and contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
