Regional Director, Forward Deployed Engineering - India

Lead and scale a team of 6-8 Forward Deployed Engineers across strategic enterprise accounts in Bengaluru, Mumbai, and New Delhi.

Own end-to-end delivery and customer relationship management including technical discovery, scoping, execution, and escalation for high-priority engagements.

Develop reusable playbooks, coach teams in technical delivery and scoping, and build a partner FDE track with consulting partners to extend the engagement model at scale.

8+ years leading technical teams involved in building and shipping production software in roles like Forward Deployed Engineering or Solutions Engineering.

Experience with software development and coding in Python and Javascript/Typescript.

Proven experience building and owning AI-native workflows in production environments, including debugging model failures.

Role location must cover Bengaluru, Mumbai, and New Delhi explicitly.

Experienced in diagnosing complex enterprise engineering environments and scoping impactful, tightly defined technical engagements.

Demonstrated capability in managing stakeholder relationships from engineers to C-suite and translating business outcomes into technical execution.

Proven track record of hiring, developing, and managing individual contributors to deliver high-quality, production-grade solutions under deal pressure.
