Develop and implement control logic for DCS/PLC/RTU systems including function blocks, interlocks, and protection schemes.
Support development and testing of HMI/SCADA applications, perform system validation, and assist commissioning at site including I/O checks and loop testing.
Collaborate with instrumentation, electrical, process, and global engineering teams for system integration and multi-site project execution.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or related discipline.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in control system software development (DCS/PLC/SCADA).
Hands-on experience with at least one major control platform (e.g., Siemens, ABB, Schneider, Emerson, Allen-Bradley, GE).
Strong understanding of industrial control systems, logic design, and communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience with rotating equipment, turbines, or process plant controls preferred, indicating domain familiarity.
Proven ability to debug and solve complex control system software issues independently with strong analytical skills.
Comfortable working in multi-disciplinary, global engineering environments and adaptable to changing project priorities.
