Oversee month-end close, supply chain accounting, inventory reconciliation, and cost center reviews ensuring accuracy and internal controls.
Lead finance transformation initiatives including automation, process improvements, and Robotics Process Automation (RPA) projects.
Minimum Requirements
Qualified CA or CMA with minimum 2 years of costing or cost accounting experience; OR Inter CA/Inter CMA/MBA with 5+ years of accounting and costing experience; OR Bachelor's/Master's in Commerce with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, inventory accounting, financial controls, and budgeting.
Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or shared services preferred but not strictly mandatory.
Flexibility to support global operations across international time zones; relocation assistance not available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in cost accounting and financial reporting within manufacturing or supply chain domains, capable of managing complex accounting processes.
Skilled in SAP, Excel, Power BI, automation tools, and enterprise reporting systems, enabling process improvements and finance transformation.
Able to collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to provide actionable financial insights and operational excellence.
