Associate Data Analyst

Develop and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations primarily using Power BI to provide actionable business insights.

Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and ad hoc analysis to support operational decision-making and improve data quality.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and accurate reporting solutions that monitor performance and identify trends.

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, or related field.

1+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or related disciplines.

Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools and strong experience with SQL and data querying.

Experience with Microsoft Excel and handling large datasets.

Experienced in developing and optimizing Power BI dashboards and reports supporting financial, operational, or customer analytics.

Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including data engineers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into reporting solutions.

Familiarity with data modeling concepts, ETL processes, and Agile delivery methodologies to improve BI solution performance and usability.
