Lead design, development, and rollout of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions to solve business problems and enhance operations.
Develop and manage enterprise ML Ops capabilities across the AI lifecycle including model training, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
Provide engineering leadership to teams, ensuring technical excellence, mentoring, stakeholder coordination, and delivery transparency.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in AI/ML engineering, software or data engineering with hands-on delivery of Generative AI, LLM, AI Agent, or intelligent automation solutions.
Working knowledge of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and ML Ops practices (model deployment, versioning, monitoring, retraining).
Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or product-centric delivery models.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in integrating AI solutions with cloud platforms, APIs, databases, and enterprise applications using cloud-native deployment.
Skilled in applying responsible AI, technical governance, security, and compliance standards to production AI applications.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence AI adoption at scale, and deliver measurable business value through AI innovation.
