Staff Software Engineer/ Solution Architect

Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable AI-powered software solutions integrated into enterprise products.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex business needs into technical architectures and development deliverables.

Lead technical decision-making, mentor engineers, and ensure engineering best practices across software development, AI deployment, and data pipeline management.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 12 years of experience in full stack software development, solution design, data engineering, and AI/ML implementation.

Proficiency in Python and Java, experience with Generative AI production deployments, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), DevOps tools, and modern frontend frameworks (React).

Strong knowledge of AI concepts including LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Experienced in designing enterprise-grade scalable architectures integrating AI capabilities with strong full stack development skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams involving business, engineering, and data science stakeholders to drive solution design and delivery.

Experienced with modern cloud environments and DevOps, able to adopt emerging technologies and foster engineering excellence.
