Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics, or related field.
Typically 5+ years of work experience in BIOS/UEFI firmware validation and server platform testing.
Strong hands-on experience in Python-based test automation and firmware debugging.
Ability to work in a hybrid model with approximately 2 days per week onsite at an HPE office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end firmware validation across CPU, memory, security, RAS, and platform management features within server infrastructure.
Proficient in leveraging AI/GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot for accelerating automation script development and debugging.
Demonstrates technical leadership with a focus on driving quality initiatives and collaborating across engineering and outsourced teams on complex software validation projects.
