Architect and deliver end-to-end generative AI solutions focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.
Lead training and optimization of LLMs using NVIDIA hardware/software; implement and integrate RAG workflows into customer applications.
Collaborate with customers, sales, business development, and engineering teams to tailor solutions, support pre-sales, and contribute to generative AI technology evolution, especially in government, research, and public sectors.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of hands-on experience in generative AI focusing on training and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs).
Proven deployment and optimization of LLMs in production environments using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
Strong knowledge of GPU cluster architecture and experience with model training and inference optimization on GPUs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated experience optimizing LLMs for inference speed, memory, and resource utilization at scale.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for scalable AI model deployment.
Experience working directly with public sector, government, or research clients on advanced AI solutions, indicating strategic alignment with these domains.
