Client Project Management Manager

Independently manage complex client projects requiring cross-functional collaboration and influence key stakeholders on business process redesign to promote adoption of company technologies.

Define, sell, and implement client-based solutions by coordinating business and technical teams across various client engagements.

Develop and enforce project management standards, oversee resource sharing, and consult on processes to enable successful project outcomes amid complex business and technical challenges.

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

6-8 years of relevant experience in client project management or similar roles.

Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with business and technical components.

Work Experience Required: 6-8 years relevant experience.

Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams involving both business and technical members in client project environments.

Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing decisions related to business process redesign and technology adoption.

Experience defining and implementing project management standards and processes at a team or organizational level.
