Director- Digital, Data and Analytics - WREF

Define and execute the digital, data and analytics strategy aligned with business objectives for WREF.

Lead design, development and deployment of digital products, data platforms, analytical models, ensuring improved business performance and customer experience.

Manage multidisciplinary teams and oversee portfolio delivery, ensuring scalability, compliance, and benefits realization.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in relevant discipline.

18+ years overall experience.

10+ years post-graduate experience in data science, analytics, digital product, or technology roles within complex matrixed organizations.

Proven experience leading large digital/data/analytics programmes including strategy, delivery, and change management.

Experience bridging technical digital/data capabilities with business functions such as operations, quality, engineering, and finance to drive value.

Strong leadership with demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.

Experienced in governance, compliance frameworks and stakeholder management at senior levels, capable of communicating complex technical concepts in business terms.
