Develop and maintain standardized governance, forecasting, and reporting processes and support executive decision-making with insights on capital allocation and investment prioritization.
Monitor capital spend, forecasts, risks and delivery outcomes against plans ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in reporting accuracy and tools.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in relevant discipline.
16+ years total work experience with 5+ years in capital program management, PMO, financial planning/analysis, project controls, or capital governance.
Experience working within complex global organizations with cross-regional capital programs.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 16 years, including 5+ years in capital program related roles.

Deep expertise in capital program reporting, governance, and financial performance management with ability to analyze complex program data and identify improvement opportunities.
Strong collaboration skills managing diverse global stakeholders including project delivery, finance, and senior leaders.
