Associate Director - Buying Channel Content

Lead the implementation and optimization of buying channel content strategy in the Ariba Guided Buying module, partnering with procurement category managers and stakeholders across the region.

Own governance, decision authority, and continuous improvement of buying channels, ensuring alignment with business needs and enhancing employee shopping experience to drive procurement compliance and value.

Manage training, documentation, and adoption efforts while monitoring KPIs and external best practices; support strategic procurement initiatives including mergers and acquisitions.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

18+ years of experience, including substantial procurement or related field expertise.

Strong subject matter expertise in source-to-contract processes and systems, with global process rollout and project management experience.

Experience managing teams; certifications like CPSM, CPIM, PMP, or CIPS are useful but not mandatory.

Experienced in complex corporate procurement environments with deep knowledge of process design, governance, automation, and standardization.

Capable of influencing senior stakeholders and driving adoption of centralized buying channel strategies across multiple geographies.

Data-driven decision maker with proven ability to lead change, manage cross-functional partnerships, and deliver operational improvements at scale.
