Minimum Requirements
8+ years experience in core programming languages: Python, C, Rust, or Go on large enterprise projects.
Proven skills in designing and architecting complex operating system-level features and debugging for enterprise customers.
Experience with Linux Virtualization stack (KVM, QEMU, Libvirt) or CNCF Confidential Containers technologies depending on team assignment.
Full professional proficiency in English (verbal and written) and ability to work with globally distributed teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated leadership in developing enterprise Linux virtualization or confidential computing solutions, contributing to upstream and downstream projects.
Experienced in using Containers, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted development or validation tools.
Contributions or active participation in open-source communities related to KVM, QEMU, Libvirt, Confidential Containers, or similar, including public talks or published articles.
