Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic data models including data transformation, cleansing, and automation with Power Query and Dataflows.
Manage Power BI Service tasks such as workspace management, dataset refreshes, gateways, and implement row-level security to ensure secure, optimized analytics.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable, business-aligned analytics solutions using Microsoft Power BI and Azure data services.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Power BI stack technologies including Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query (M language), DAX, and SQL Database.
Strong proficiency in SQL including writing and optimizing complex queries for reporting and analytics.
Working knowledge of data warehouse and data lake concepts; familiarity with integrating Power BI with Azure data sources such as Azure SQL Database, Synapse, Databricks, and Data Lake is expected.
Location requirement: Bengaluru, India. Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in relevant Power BI development roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in end-to-end Power BI project lifecycle including development, deployment, governance, and DevOps practices.
Strong capability to work with complex data engineering tasks using Azure data services integrated with Power BI.
Demonstrated ability to engage with business stakeholders, business analysts, and SMEs to deliver actionable insights and maintain alignment with business goals.
