Lead product management for the SME Digital Platform, including platform creation, prioritization, and sprint execution.
Drive product gaps resolution by collaborating with Fintechs/SaaS and internal tech teams, while managing mobile app and web platform launches.
Build and grow a digital innovation ecosystem internally and externally, owning product journeys, CX experience, and cross-functional OKRs.
Minimum Requirements
4-9 years of work experience in relevant product management roles.
Post Graduation or MBA degree required.
Deep understanding of emerging banking products such as Open Banking/API banking, Payments, Lending.
Location: Mumbai or Bangalore (inferred from office location).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in platform product management with ability to lead and build teams involving product managers and engineers.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Business, Credit, Product, and Tech teams to drive common OKRs.
Exposure to digital innovation ecosystems and fintech/startup community engagement.
